Refund policy

At BOA, we want you to feel confident in every piece you wear. If something doesn’t fit quite right, here’s how exchanges and returns work:

1. Exchanges
    •    You may request an exchange within 3 days of receiving your order.
    •    Each item can be exchanged one time only. After an exchange, it cannot be exchanged again.
    •    Items must be in new, unworn, and unwashed condition, free from stains, damage, or alterations.
    •    Sale or discounted items are not exchangeable.

2. Returns & Refunds
    •    BOA does not offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases.
    •    Refunds are provided only for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
    •    Issues must be reported within 48 hours of receiving your order via WhatsApp on +961 81 609 476.
    •    If approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method. 
    •    Shipping costs are non-refundable.

3. Damages & Issues
    •    Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
    •    If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, contact us right away so we can arrange a replacement or refund.

4. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:
    •    Socks, caps, headbands, and undergarment-style items
    •    Sale or final-markdown items
    •    Gift cards

5. How to Start a Return or Exchange

    2.    Our team will confirm eligibility and provide next steps.
    3.    Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
